Sugar or things that contain it naturally don't give me energy, and it actually makes me crash pretty quickly. My body gets no effect from caffeine except maybe some dizziness or foggy brain. For example: If I eat oatmeal, and some fruit I have a terrible workout (my energy is low and I get nauseas and lightheaded. But if I eat chicken and broc****, I have a great workout. The problem is I have to wait a couple hours to digest the meal and I want to be able to wake up, eat something, and go straight to the gym. Are there any supplements I could drink pre-workout that might work? or any suggestions for a quicker meal? Thanks
