Lean Bulk or Cut?!

According to measurements and utilizing online calculators, I am currently at 18.3% BF. I currently weigh 126.6 lbs and I am 5'3.5 at the age of 29 years old. I feel like to lose more weigh to get leaner may be dangerous but I don't wanna gain significantly more body fat. I lost 64 lbs in total starting from the beginning of the year. I went from 190 to 126.6 which is where I'm at now. My diet is on point and I'm progressing quite well with SL 5x5, although I'm still in my newb stages. I'm currently in a slight caloric surplus to try and gain no more than 1 lb/week. If it matters, my goal is to start training for professional wrestling next year. I was hoping for someone to point me in the right direction. Cutting down to 10-14% seems to be a bit much for me at this time. I would love to have abs but my general health is more of a priority. I have photos in my gallery that hopefully gives you guys an understanding of where I'm at. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
