Some background info: I'm 18 years old, 5'11, 180-185lbs-ish, not too lean (around 17% bf), been training for around a year and half and I've just been trying to do whatever I can diet-wise because my batchit crazy parents are vegetarian (no fish, no meat, not even eggs) and I'm at the point now where I need to tell them to fuk off but not for another month. I do eat chicken & eggs outside of my prison of a house but it's starting to get a bit expensive and I'm ok with that until some time in January.
So my question is: how do I manage working around this diet issue? I won't have much access to meats aside from going to Taco Bell or Chipotle every single day for one meal or something. I can, however, try to bring home eggs and learn how to make scrambled egg burritos for the time being. Any advice on how to try to get the protein & calorie intake in for the day if I'm trying to bulk as clean as possible?
