Hey guys. So i’ve officially transferred from my first cut to a lean bulk and i’ve succesfully put on about 3 pounds in 3 weeks thus far. Daily calorie intake is netted at about 2100. If i take in any extra i notice i gain a bit too much. (I’m small, at 5’4” 128lbs after my cut)
Being that my calorie surplus is still so low in comparison to other people, what do i do when i come back after i’ve put on 5-10lbs of weight (assuming here). Do i go on a cut to drop off the extra body fat even though i’ll still be lifting heavy on my normal routine? Will not be able to enjoy my one vacation if i am overly concerned about eating within my calorie count & it has been bothering me constnatly. Should i just do a few week cut when i return back or should i just continue my bulk the same at 5-10lbs heavier of s***** weight? Any insite STRONGLY appreciated!!!
