so my problem is Supplement Timing
i take for Pre-Workout Whey Protein 20g of Whey Protein 5 g BCAAs and 2 g of Creatine and banana
and for my Post-Workout i take the same
after 1 hours i eat my meal 250 rice cooked and breast of chicken the question is should i take more time to eat my meal ??
my goal is muscle mass
