I am currently struggling to hit my 3400 calorie and 400 carb goal every single day. I eat extremely healthy and i eat 4 meals a day and i drink 1 protein shake after my workout and i get around 2000-2400 mark for calories but i eat filling foods so after around 2400 calories i'm forcing myself to eat, and i get no where close to my carb goal at all i reach usually 200-250. Does anyone have suggestions on how to cleanly increase my calories and carb intake. thanks to anyone who replies and can help out:)
