My calorie goal is 3400 to maintain my body weight and I need around 400 carbs everyday. I eat extremely healthy and I always eat foods that fill me up so at about 2400 calories I can’t really eat anymore without forcing myself to eat and I get around 200 carbs everyday does anyone have suggestions to more easily meet my goal. Thanks for any reply backs I get :)
