Fasting

It looks as though there are two opposing schools of thought when it comes to meal sizes and frequency. Most of us have probably heard about eating lots of smaller meals throughout the day. More recently though, the new craze appears to be fasting, whether for 16 hours at a time (intermittent fasting) or 23 hours at a time (OMAD diet). It is said that fasting can help with HGH levels, autophagy and fat loss; even when the amount of calories consumed is the same once the fasting period is over. Apparently these benefits are even greater if you train in a fasted state.

I’m looking to see what the general consensus is here...
