Do you consider Oats, Peanut butter & Honey a healthy breakfast?

I found a recepie online for oats, honry and pranut butter. Have any of you ever tried this, would you consider this to be a healthy breakfast?

1/4c oats
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1-2tsp honey
1/2c water


I would probably be using semi skimmed milk as oppose to water and porbably have a cup of oats rather than a quater cup.

Can anyone recommend other recepies too?
