Looking for Nutrition advice to start my path into exercising and getting healthier.
I'm a mechanic so it's not like i sit behind my desk all day long but i'm definitely feeling my age. I was never a gym rat but i did work out here and there when i was younger but i haven't done anything in a long time and i can really feel my muscles strain when doing general jobs nowadays. i don't want to jump into a workout routine without starting a good healthy diet plan and provide myself with proper nutrition to support the exercises.
I have no idea where to begin other then maybe starting a multi vitamin. Problem is there are so many products and so many brand my head spins.
any ideas how i should begin?
