Diet Plan for Cutting and Building More Muscle

Hey guys,

I’ve been hitting the gym a lot for the past year, but I feel like I’m not getting the best optimal results. I believe this is due to my diet. So, I want to ask you guys what is the best diet? What should I eat each day? How many meals? How much protein, carbs, etc should I consume?
I have the following ingredients already:
-Boneless skinless chicken breast
-Tilapia
-Jasmine Brown Rice
-Chunk Light Tuna in Water
-Whole Grain Oatmeal
-Veggies

It would be nice to build a diet for cutting and building muscle based on these ingredients, I’m just very skeptical
on how to do it.
Any ideas? Feel free to add more ingredients!
I’m 22 years old, 6ft tall, and 155lbs.
