I don't use cronometer regularly, but just put in the foods I normally eat for fun tonight to see if I hit my micros. Yes that's right, 1030% for a 15 year old?? (Food quantity is correct because I track macros with a scale).
The question is, should I be worried?
I don't think my diet is retarded or anything. I stick with 3300-3500 calories on a bulk daily (gain 2lb/month) with 1g protein/lb bw. 20% of cals are fats and rest is carbs to fill. I tend to pair each meal (3x normally) with a decent serving of veges. Normally either mixed frozen veges (~300g) of carrots, peas and corn, spinach (~250g), or brocolli (~300g) are the ones I pick from for each "serving" with my meal and sometimes weird veges occasionally if they are cheap.
Apparently I'm getting waaay too much vitamin A and not filling my other micros up to 100%. It sounds like a lot of veges in weight but it never really caught my attention as its not much relative to how much I eat in total (I'm very short and therefore protein intake is low due to lower total bw). Should I consult a doc? (Inb4 first world problems). I know vitamin A leads to things like liver damage and can't be urinated out as its fat soluble. D:
I've had this diet for a few months now, not really any symptoms as listed but should I get it checked D:
