Hi y'all,
So been toying around with my first bulking diet after getting some awesome advice on my other forum posts.
The good news: weight in the gym increasing significantly and has been since beginning the bulk, have adapted to my new diet of ~3100 calories (originally was doing around 1800 the previous 2.5 months before the bulk), I no longer feel lethargic and like utter crap anymore (thank god!.
The bad news: I find it virtually impossible to stay at 100g or under for fat intake a day. I use olive oil, eggs, ribeyes, things like this and it is so difficult to prevent. HOWEVER, the true bad news is I am STILL not seeing weight gain. I gained maybe 1 pound in these 4 weeks. Forums are saying I should be gaining roughly 2-3 a month?
SO, before I increase my calorie intake even more, should I be eating more carbs to finish off more calories, or can I incorporate more fat and protein into my diet. I find it super hard to take down tons of carbs to finish off my calories, but if that is the best advice I am all for it.
Thank you all!
P.S.: I also quit taking preworkout cold turkey which was probably not helping my fatigue lol...
