Fat Intake negatively effecting my training

Been trying to consume 60-70g of fat a day during this cut which is seeming to bloat me and make me feel sluggish, while reducing my carbs to 200-220g is making my training difficult. Being used to running 20-30g of fat a day for over 6 months (taking 2.2-2.75g of EPA/DHA) and having test levels of 818ng/dL during that time. I was wondering is there any other adverse effects I should worry about in lowering my fat intake seeming as my test levels seem to be on the higher side of average? It seems to clear my skin and overall improve my gym performance.

Should note as far as puberty is concerned I am noticing additional height and hormonal forehead acne lately going from 182cm to 185cm could just be posture as the epiphyseal line in my legs has formed.
