I hate cooking and even thinking about meals and I'd like to find a complete easy mono-diet that I can eat everyday without thinking.
Ideally I'd like something that is Keto but I'm still debating whether or not to go vegetarian (I eat very little meat anyway).
The nearest thing I've found for a good mono-diet is Kitchari which is basically white Basmati rice and Yellow split mung bean (then you can add as many vegetables as you like), it's a complete protein and vegetarian although it is not very low carb. I can make it in less than 15 minutes with a pressure cooker, no thinking and it's super cheap.
Is Keto/Low carb a requirement to get thin and ripped?
