How's my diet?

Really picky eater here, so I came up with this "diet plan" for myself. Some personal stats, I'm about 3 months into a cut after completing a bulk phase. I'm 6'6 and was up to ~248lbs after my bulk, currently down to ~233.5lbs. Currently lifting 3 days a week using the viking full body workout as well as 20 min HIIT cardio 5 days a week. Goal is to get really lean and shredded, but I am not getting the results I was hoping for at this point into it looking at the mirror. When I was bulking, I was eating at 3800 cals/day. While I got stronger and built some muscle, I feel I also gained a little too much fat. Here's a typical day for me right now.

Morning: 490 cals

1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup orange juice
1 slice bacon
1 sausage link
1 slice multigrain bread
1/2 avacado

Lunch: 1022 cals

1 Homemade thin crust pizza
(w/ pepp, cheese, tomatoes)
2 scoops protein shake w/ 1 cup milk

Dinner: 624
1/2 cup penne
3 chicken thighs
1 cup brocolli

Snacks/Misc: 300
1 fruit (ex. banana)
Butter, sauce, parm cheese

Total: ~2450 cals
Carbs 236g
Fat 85g
Protein 154 g

Just trying to get some constructive criticism, seeing what you guys think. Please let me know any adjustments I need to make or if I need to scrap it and do something completely differently. Putting in a lot of effort so want to make sure I'm doing it right. Thank you for your suggestions.
