I am eating rice and oatmeal before going to bed (about 600 calories) in order to remain in a calorie surplus during my bulking phase. Is it safe to eat that much before sleeping? Does it matter what time I cram in the last of my daily surplus as long as I get it in? Cheers for any advice.
