I used to count macros when I was 15 to cut down on my body fat percentage which I did and then slowly stopped. I’m 17 now and want to bulk up a bit more and improve my lifts while limiting gaining body fat. I work a job that gives free Asian food to me after shifts. I’ll usually get Sautee Chicken w/ brown rice and broccoli. Sometimes that’s my only big meal of the day and I don’t have the money to be buying food all the time. Should I make an effort at counting macros?
