Hi guys, im turning 20 this year and weight 60kg, standing roughly 175-177cm. I wanna gain some weight and size, but not necessarily in terms of getting fit or gaining muscles. I just wanna stop being skinny af and gain some fat and size to be really honest. I want to gain at least 7kg, any tips to do it healthily and also relatively quickly? I really just wanna gain some size and not look skinny!
