How many calories should I eat?

I am 29 5'11" currently weight 193 pounds. Been working out for about 6 months and have improved each part of my body but my belly is still pretty jiggly lol. I am not sure how much should I eat. I want to gain muscle but I also want to loose some fat. There are days I barely eat and then other days I feel bad because I have read if u don't eat enough u don't gain no muscle. When I tell people I am 193 pounds they do not believe it. So obviously I am very new to this so any advise is appreciate it!!
