I have a tip that I've been doing for close to 12 years now, some advice. If you find yourself hungry after you've exceeded your daily calorie intake I strongly recommend keeping meat which you don't intent to eat. I buy cheap cuts that only losers can afford and I let them go bad. I strongly suggest you avoid biting or consuming any of the flesh (I ended up in hospital with severe pain but what really bothered me was I looked like a deflated loser and couldn't even get a haircut, it totally ruins your life.) Merely opening the packet and sniffing the meat should, depending on the age be a silver bullet against gross fat.
This is the difference between looking great and looking grotesque. Practise this along with your rigorous exercise regime and hopefully you can climb out of your loser life and/or maintain your body.
