I am looking for some Asian sauces to put on my meat/food. I LOVE hot sauce but I need to switch it up every now and then and one thing about Chinese cooking is it requires alot of different sauces to get that taste. I recently bought some General Tso's sauce. Its tasted HORRIBLE. I am looking for a Chinese chicken and brocolli taste but I like Japanese food and other cultures too. This is just to get some variety to maintain consistency. Plus its fun. So what do you bros use besides soy sauce? Oh and please don't say Sriracha, I am not a fan of it.
