Two big meals a day.

I consume around 1400-1450 calories of breakfast everyday. Is it ok to eat that much amount of calories in one meal? I feel ok when I consume that much amount of calories in one sitting.

Meal 1: 1400 cals
Meal 2: 1200-1300 cals
I do intermittent fasting (16/8 )
