Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read through my concerns!
I lost 60lbs in the past year and it's 3 weeks now that I've been bulking (clean bulk, 1kg gain a month). I lost a lot of muscle & strength during that period but I'm quickly gaining it back. I still have love handles and a layer of fat on my stomach area (not enough for belly, but enough to mostly cover abs).
If I want to get 6 pack/no love handles ASAP while of course building muscle, what's my best course of action? 4 month bulk 2 month cut? 6 week bulk 2 week cut? No bulk and just cut?
Also I'm 20, not 38, if that matters.

P.S. I lift 5 days a week, hit every body part twice a week, and 3 days of 20 min HIIT cardio a week.
