Hi everyone,
The long story short: Can I get moderately fit without being on a strict diet? I can completely cut sugar no problem. But my priorities and mental abilities will not let me cut back on sodium/noodles. I eat some form of noodles at least 2 to 3 times a day, and most of my food is marinated or seasoned with some form of sodium. I can't cut back, and I will give up fitness goals before I do.

For those interested in trying to help me, here's the semi-long story and some information about myself to help you help me.
I am 25, 6'1, and 200 lbs with roughly 25-27% body fat. I am definitely what you consider skinny fat, as I look very skinny in clothes. I can grip my belly with my entire palm, I have man titties and a double chin. But my arms and legs are incredibly skinny and I just look very skinny in clothes. I also work in the office and I don't move around very much. The only time my body is active is in the gym.
I admit, I prioritize food more than my health and physique, but that doesn't mean I don't care about it which is why I'm here seeking help. For the past year and a half I've been going to the gym 4 days a week and I never skip unless I'm sick. I'm on a plan created by a friend of mine that is a body builder which is roughly a 45-60 minute isolation workout with heavy lifting (until failure). I have noticeable muscle improvements, but I have lost what seems like little to no fat. My dieting isn't so great, I try to achieve 200g of protein, everyday along with consuming some healthy fats and carbs. I occasionally cheat in some sugar once or twice a week. On average I probably fail to reach 200g of protein 3 times a week and am only able to reach 100-120g. One thing I absolutely cannot cut from my diet is sodium and noodles. I season most of my food with fish sauce, low sodium soy sauce, or oyster sauce. And I mainly eat noodles whether it's stir fry or noodle soup. This is how I was raised and I've been eating so much noodles since I was a child. I also dislike most protein which is why dieting is so difficult for me. It's not that I'm sick of it, I actually do not like the texture and taste of most meat (chicken, pork, beef). I love seafood and I can eat shrimp and fish everyday. I have no problem taking protein shakes, but I understand that cannot be my main source of protein. Shrimp, fish, and eggs are absolutely no problem and I can eat them everyday. I can handle eating 1 meal of chicken/pork/beef a day, but that's probably it. I really don't like that stuff, except for rib eye steak lol. Oh, and I LOVE veggies and can eat them all day long too, which I already do with my noodles. Noodles & veggies is basically mostly what I've been eating my whole life. The past year I've been including a meal or 2 of chicken/fish/seafood to try and help with my protein consumption, and a couple whey protein shakes a day. I literally almost puke when I force myself to eat chicken/pork/beef, and I have puked a couple times. I really can't consume this stuff, and it's making me depressed because it makes dieting really hard. I try not to consume too much seafood because people keep warning me about mercury poison or something.
My ultimate goal? I don't need to look like a fitness model, and I don't need something crazy like less than 10% body fat. I'm not planning to get super jacked either although I do want to be a little big, but I do want to look and feel moderately fit. I don't want to take my shirt off and see noticeable amounts of fat, but I don't need ultra-defined muscle definition either. The physique goal I want to achieve is being able to look in the mirror or when someone looks at me and see's some muscle and says "that guy obviously lifts" and that's it.
What I'm asking you...
Is it possible for me to achieve the physique I want and be able to continue to eat the foods I refuse to cut out of my diet? I can cut sugar no problem, but I cannot cut down on my sodium and noodle intake. I can reach 200g of protein everyday as long as it's safe and okay to use seafood as my primary source of protein with protein shakes to help squeeze in the last bits of protein I need.
Please let me know if you can help me with a fitness plan and lifestyle that could help me out. I'm sorry, but going on a strictly clean diet is just not an option, and I would give up fitness goals before I did that. I'm basically writing to you hoping that there are professionals or people who have been able to achieve similar goals with similar diets.
Giving me general guidelines or a plan would really help. Like telling me if I should include cardio or not, should I eat in a deficit or surplus or maintenance, how much protein/carbs I should be eating, etc. I gave you as much info about me as I could think of that would help you understand my lifestyle. Let me know if you have any more questions...
Thank you in advance for any help.
P.S. Can't post pictures or links so I cannot give you an example of my ultimate goal. Based off charts, somewhere around 16-19% bodyfat would be my ultimate goal with moderate muscle mass.
