So I've been bulking for 6 weeks, increased 3KG (6.6 pounds) so far but I have some questions about macros.
For reference I'm 176cm (5'9) and I'm currently at 68kg (150 pounds).
I'm manly focused on building muscle, I went from obese (around 255 pounds) to skinny/skinny fat (136 pounds) with absolutely no muscle so I'm trying to fix it.
Right know the macros I'm following are:
315 Carbs, 210 Protein, 78 Fat ~ around 2800kcal
I usually train 6 days/week mostly weight training, I'm following a Push/Pull/Leg routine, I don't do cardio so much as I did before but I still enjoy to go for some runs.
My biggest question is, am I eating to much protein? To less carbs? To much/less fats?
I've read that that's way to much protein but I've also read that's just fine so I'm quite lost.
