Intermittent Fasting Question - Timing

Hey everyone,

So I have a few questions about timing for my feeding and fasting times while doing IF that I wanted to check on and get feedback on. So first I want to start by showing the schedule for my typical day...

4am: Wake Up
5-6:30am: Gym (Lifting/Cardio)
7am: Start Work
3pm: End Work
3:15: Arrive Home
7pm(-ish): Night Cardio
9-10pm: Fall Asleep

So that is my schedule, currently I do my feeding window from when I arrive home to about 5:30ish, let stuff settle then run, and then between 8-8:30 have probably half a meal. Is this ok?

Also I was curious about working out in the morning, and if it would be alright to have a protein shake after my workout, and drinking BCAA's throughout the day as I know they are breaking the fast with the protein shake, but at the same time im trying to lean out, lose weight/gain lean mass, and work a job that varies each day in intensity, as one day I could be moving offices, and the next I could be weeding a garden all day.

Curious to see what people have for input.

[If anyone is curious why I chose IF, it stemmed from knowing my habits. Especially at work, once I start snacking I dont stop, so being able to leave food out of the equation at work is a huge benefit for me, and over the last week has been much better than expected.]
