Hey guys.. i need to lose about 5-6% body fat but i have no idea what to do , last summer i did cardio only and lost a lot of weight , and all winter i did weight traning so i gained some muscle , but im more so in a skinny fat state right now if i remove my clothes.
I am curently lost , i go to gym but i don't have a purpose i don't know what to focus on in order to lose the belly fat i have and some fat on the back/love handles.
Any tips would be appreciated , thanks.
