I know that sodium is not your friend so I was wondering if there are any condiments that are okay to eat. Because I have had just about all the plain chicken and fish I can stand.
And also, I was wondering if there are any good recipes for black beans out there. I've tried looking online and most of them call for adding corn or something. I am just looking for a straight up low sodium black bean recipe. Like where you just empty a can of black beans into a pan and add some spices nothing too in depth.
