Weighing Self

So I know you’re supposed to weigh yourself in the morning after bathroom before eat/drink.

Is it inaccurate to weigh self right after you poop? I usually go right when I wake up, which fluctuates my weight in morning a lot.

Basically my weight this morning using my new scale was 164.5, but Monday on my old scale I was around 168. This is severely confusing and fking with my motivation.

Any thoughts?
