Stevia sweetener / diet sodas

Whenever I drink coffee I use stevia liquid drops to sweeten it , can it cause water bloating ?
Also Coca Cola Zero , can it cause water bloating ?
And if both can cause , how do I debloat..? Should I stop using them?

I feel like I got bloated on last couple of days and started drinking more water and consuming more potassium ..
Also , should I consume less sodium ? Or potassium and enough water will fight the water retained by sodium?
