Hello everybody. I know I posted a topic in the Exercises section, but now I want to ask you what tips you have for a skinny fat. I have lost from 78 kg to 67 kg, I am 176 cm, now, what should I do? I have lipomastia, do i still have to cut up to 60 kg to get rid of? Comes summer, I wanted to look great. I chose with a severe anxiety because of the man boobs ... It's March, I'm in calorie deficit now, hoping to hide lipomastia. Cardio 3 times a week, HIIT type and push / pull / legs force training. Eat balanced, 160g protein, 100g carbs and 40g fats, 1800 kcal. By May will I get rid of these horrible tits? I just hope to receive your advice because I'm confused and feel like fighting for nothing. I would thank you if you look over the pictures in my body. All the best.
