Opinions on Diet

Hello, I am a 24 y/o male. My weight fluctuates between 185 pounds and 193 pounds (when I eat a ton of carbs). I am 5' 10". I don't lift or exercise as much as i'd like to (1 time a week maybe) and I am trying to diet down before I begin to seriously life heavy weights. At my lowest I was 147 pounds (when I was 16 or 17). I had gained significant weight and peaked at 225 pounds. I went on the Keto diet for 3 or 4 months and dropped down to 184 at my lowest (pretty much had black coffee for breakfast, a cobb salad for lunch (or bacon and eggs with pepperjack cheese), and a half rotisserie chicken for dinner. My goal is to diet down to maybe 160 or 165.

My diet isn't really a diet, I just kind of eat the same things and try to keep my calories restricted. I would like to get peoples opinions. See below:

Breakfast: A sugar free vanilla iced coffee (with cream) and 4 splendas (110 calories assumed)

Lunch: A turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo spinach/whole wheat wrap and a diet soda or a Cobb salad with a diet soda (700 calories assumed)

Dinner: A half rotisserie chicken from a Peruvian place or Colombian place near where I live (650 calories assumed), or A half rotisserie chicken with fried pork belly (don't usually eat all of it maybe half?), or sometimes 2 orders of 8 piece wings from domino's (1000 to 1200 calories assumed) all with a diet soda.

My assumption is my BMR is around 2200. I don't do the wings everyday only when i'm really hungry. Typical is the half chicken and a diet soda. I know I should start doing cardio at least 3 times a week and that is the goal.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
