Muscle Glycogen Storage

Is there is a rough % of body weight estimate as too how much carbs are stored as muscle glycogen before its spilled over to fat? Then at the same time is there a estimated amount of calories from carbs that you burn a day? Like if you took in 600 grams of carbs in one day and then restricted carbs real low in a calorie deficit for the next few days how fast would those carbs be converted to energy then used. Get used up and need to be replenished.

Hope that makes sense. Tough question to phrase...
