this is my first post ever and i am new here and i have some questions and found out that is the best place to ask anyways...
i am in the cutting phase right now, currently am at 82 kg my TDEE is 2900-3000 calories so am going to take it down till 2500-2600
and based on my body weight am taking 2g of protein per body weight and 20% fat and the rest is carbs which is 50%
summery:
protein: 199 g 30%
carbs: 331 g 50%
fat: 58 g 20%
calories: 2500-2600
my question exactly is that is it possible to cut on high carbs? i did my diet based on calculations but im not sure if im in the right path and is it a must to get a total of 100% of macros?
