I'm currently taking the Rivalus Clean Gainer along with IronKingdom BCAAS and creatine from GNC. I started working out consistently again Aug
2018 until about December 2018 when I had to stop because I noticed I was experiencing bloating on my left side, sort of like all my food was
pooling on one side. After experiencing this for a while the same spot turned red and caused pain which resulted in me having to stop taking my
supplements. Pretty sure it was a liver issue, I also had to **** after every shake and had breathing problems near the end. Aug 2018 I was 130
pounds and I went up to 155 pounds before I stopped, and now I'm roughly 145-150 pounds. Was doing the push pull legs method so I was fairly active, hit the gym at least 4 or 5 times a week.
I was consuming 8 scoops per day (2 bottles per day, 4 scoops each) which was roughly 2000 cals. Then I would mix my bcaas and
creatine while at the gym. Now that I'm starting back up I'm scared it'll happen again, what is the proper way to take supplements?
Thank you
