[ASK] complete protein required perday

hi. ive been lifting for around 8 year now and have athletic body but since 1 year ago i move to other country to work aboard(10h-12h/day) which make me hard to prep food specially the place im staying got no equipment to do so... currently the food i take is only meal provided from office and im trying to get lean again... so its ok if i add up my protein by using protein powder?because im sure my daily protein intake is really minimum, i starting dieting now by eating meal prep from office (box meal) and i do low carb diet which i dont touch the rice , the only time i eat carb is before sleep (oatmeal)

really need suggestion
