How much protein do you need especially in a cut?

I’m doing ppl I lift 6 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. I’m 5’7 165 and looks like I need to drop at least 15lbs but am finding it very hard to hit my protein goal of 160 before hitting my cal goal of 1800 how much protein do I really need and if I do need 160 how can I get that much while cutting.

Haven’t really focused on cutting/bulking my first year but since I’ve been lifting for just over a year now I know I have to start losing some fat to see my gainsss
