I've been trying to bulk up as a vegan ectomorph. It's slowly getting there, but I am having a little trouble with fat levels.
I seem to average about 40/39/21 carb, fat, and protein. This is often down to nuts and such.
Is a higher fat content a real problem on a vegan diet, or would I be better off using more protein powder and upping the carbs?
I assume the latter, but would like advice.
