Recently started tracking my macros and have found that some food isn’t so easy to work out the total calories.
For example, something might say per 100g 330kcal and per pack as prepared(100g) 112kcal. But the total weight is 100g, so obviously this gives 2 different total calories.
Anyone else found this? And if so, what do I actually go by? Thanks
