Bulking - LOST weight

So just celebrated Mardi Gras at my school - week of binge drinking, throwing up, and severe lack of food in the system. Lost 2 lbs over the week bc of this...

Should I bulk as normally now or intense surplus to gain those 2 lbs back and then go back to normal?

And yes, the week of partying was worth the setback, but back on my grind!!
