Hi,
I’m looking for some advice and tips for meals as I’m a bit of a fussy eater.
I’m 25yo, 5ft9 & since starting training a couple of years ago I’ve increased in weight from around 7.5stone to 10stone.
I’ve got a high metabolism so need to be hitting around 3000-3500calories to gain weight, but I’m struggling to find high calorie meals for lunches etc to hit that count, I work in retail so don’t get a lot of time for my lunch break.
I’m not a big fan of the whole chicken and rice etc, I love a good sandwich!
I tend to have a 1000cal protein shake as my breakfast as it’s quick and I’m not a fan of eating as soon as I get up, i’m just finding it a struggle of what to eat for lunches/dinners.
Slap me on the wrist but I don’t eat vegetables as such, but eat potatoes etc
I’m not looking to become massively bulky because I’m naturally lean, but would still like to gain a bit more size and mass.
Any tips any of you experienced gym goers could give me would be really appreciated
