Hi I was wondering if anyone would be able to help,
I’m 200lbs looking to gain muscle mass, been training for a couple years now and seen some great progress. My macros currently are around 400C 200P 100F at 3500 cals (bulking season)
I don’t eat meat so do struggle with protein intake, so tend to have a protein shake after gym in the morning and sometimes again in the evening if my intake isn’t high enough for the day.
However friends and girlfriend constantly go on about how bad protein shakes are for the body etc and it seems to be a common conversation now whenever people see me?!!
How do I approach this?!
