Please help me with my weight plateau.
I have been doing the Warrior diet for almost two weeks now and my initial results were amazing, as expected. I did lose a lot of water weight but I noticed my body got smaller, even in places like my legs, my waist and hips, etc. So it was going great! And then came this week, I haven’t lost a pound and I can see my body has increased in size — it seems like it went back to the body I first started out with!
My BMR is around 1.4K and my TDEE is 1.6k ~ I am female, 5’2 and as of right now 144lbs.
As for my food intake, I have around 1k calories per day, a lot of the times it can be below though. I always eat a chicken caesar salad during the weekdays which is around 243 calories, and then whatever I can eat healthy foods at home like apples, bananas, chicken, meat, eggs, etc. I do low intensity workouts at home but sometimes I go to the gym and work out there.
My legs and stomach are increasingly bigger and I can’t stand it!
Please advise me on what to do? I’m becoming discouraged!
