Cut or Bulk : Heavyweight Boxing Edition

Hey guys, I'm an amateur heavyweight boxer, 6'7, 246lbs, and currently 14% bodyfat, according to my trainer's handheld thing.

I feel pretty good but I'd like my abs to show, but also dread the idea of losing any power as performance trumps appearance, obviously.

I run 3-5 miles 4 times a week, I'm in the boxing gym working hard 7 nights a week for 2 hours at a clip.

I hit the weights before everytime I run, so 4 times a week. I like compound lifts (twice a week) and switch through combos of bicep / calf / neck / pec work the other two days.

I know I gave a lot of info, but I just need to know what's best for me to do from here.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
