Hello Bodybuilding forum
Long time reader, first time poster
So i have a dilemma. I am travelling back to England from Canada to visit family in 8 weeks and I was hoping to drop a load of body fat. Things were going great, I was eating healthy, training Mauy Thai and weights on alternate days, playing hockey etc then, I changed jobs and I now work away Monday to Friday and as a part of this deal I have all my meals taken care of. Breakfast is a buffet of sausage, bacon, eggs (always with cheese), French toast, fruit and pastries. Lunch and dinner change everyday but are generally some sort of meat with rice or pasta and a bit of salad. This meal plan unfortunately is making me gain body fat 😫 the place has a small gum do, I have started lifting weights in the morning before breakfast (I have BCAA's during workout), and running on the treadmill after dinner
Does anyone have any suggestions to stop me gaining body fat and hopefully losing some. I am probably around 18% and would like to get down to 11-12%
Thanks in advance
