Hey guys,
I am currently trying to do my first cut, I did TDEE and it suggests me to intake 2500 calories a day, however, I don't really know how I can plan my diet properly, currently having oats with yoghurts, 1 scoop of protein, chia seed and peanut butter. 2 lunches as 2 chicken breasts with around 120g rice and some broccolis. Dinner will be cooked by wife so don't really know.
