Started cleaning my act up 18 months ago.
Previous stats :
Age: 26
Height : 168cm
Weight: 77.5 kg
Current, Age 28, height hasn't changed, Weight 64.0kg
Weight might make you inclined to make you think I'm either very low bf, or very skinny, which isn't the case, you're all just taller than me, i've actually got a decent muscle mass, considering... ! And I've only just started seeing my abs!
So, i cut all the way to 60kg, then very dirty bulked (didn't watch what i eat, but didn't stop working out) to 66.5/67, then clean cut to 64 .
Flexed/ not bloated post workout, i like how i look, otherwise not sure, sometimes yes, sometimes no.
I've uploaded pics, one of the pics, is very relaxed, hungry, in the morning , other one is post work out, pumped, and flexing my muscles.
