I am a 32 year old male, 6'8'', and around 180 pounds. I suffer from depression and anxiety, sleep as much as I can, and lack the motivation to do much. I've recently started therapy and find that I have the motivation to be awake for more of the day, and I know that a better diet and exercise and further improve my outlook on life. Now I want to find stuff to do to fill this new time. I've always struggled keeping on weight, and feel like it's pointless to work out when I have so little mass to work with. I want to change that, and after watching a bunch of bb . com videos and hearing how helpful this community can be, I found my way here.
My first goal is to establish a diet plan that can help me gain weight on a severe budget, and from there establish a workout plan. I'm tired of having low energy and being tired all the time. Where should I start?
