Cutting for the first time - please help :)

This is my first cut.

I bulked up in 2018 and added approx. 20lbs of muscle/fat etc.. I am now 210lbs

My TDEE is 3100 cals and I was this for a week. However, I've dropped to 2600 and it's starting to get tough. I am getting hungrier and having lots of cravings. I want to cut to about 15% BF and I'm cuttently sitting at 20% BF

My macros are

Carbs - 226g
Protein 191g
Fat - 57g


Is it normal to feel hungry? Also, any other advice on cutting for a newbie and what to experience?
